How do I check my personal details, such as my address and bank details?
- Select the menu in the top left main screen
- Select ‘Profile’
Where can I find my balance?
- The RemServ app dashboard provides a full breakdown of your available funds.
How do I transfer funds back to my payroll?
- Select the ‘Available Balance’ tile on the dashboard
- Select ‘Return to Payroll’
- Choose your amount and nominate the appropriate payroll number
- Reverse type is ‘Taxed as Wages’
How do I transfer my RemServ funds to my superannuation fund?
- If you're eligible to package your super, select the ‘Available Balance’ tile on the dashboard
- Select ‘Return to Payroll’
- Choose your amount and nominate the appropriate payroll number
- Reverse type is ‘Superannuation’
Where can I view my transaction history?
- Select the menu in the top left main screen
- Select ‘Transactions’
How do I claim?
- Select ‘make a claim’ from the dashboard
How do I change my password?
- Select the menu in the top left main screen
- Select ‘Settings’
Where can I view how much of my cap limit I have left?
- Select the menu in the top left main screen
- Select ‘Cap tracker*’
