Remuneration Services (Qld) Pty Ltd (or its related bodies corporate) is the registered or common law owner of the "RemServ" trademark and all associated intellectual property rights in that trademark and the RemServ website.

No copying, modification or distribution of this mark is permitted without the prior consent of Remuneration Services (Qld) Pty Ltd. Nothing on this website may be construed as granting to any user any licence whatsoever with respect to the intellectual property appearing on this website.

Remuneration Services (Qld) Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties that the use of this website or the information contained herein will not infringe any person's intellectual property rights.

Use of this website

Remuneration Services (QLD) Pty Ltd (ABN 46 093 173 089) (RemServ) act as an authorised representative on behalf of a number of Australian financial services licensees. The capacity in which we act and the financial services we are authorised to provide are set out in our Financial Services Guides. We act as an agent for those licensees and not for you.

Salary packaging is only available to eligible employees of the Queensland Government as per the Standing Offer Arrangement QPG0065-21. The implications of salary packaging for you (including tax savings and impacts on benefits, surcharges, levies and/or other entitlements) will depend on your individual circumstances. The information in this publication has been prepared by RemServ for general information purposes only, without taking into consideration any individual circumstances. The Salary Packaging Bureau Service Provider collecting your personal information on this form and relevant declaration (if required) for the purpose of processing your salary packaging agreements. The Salary Packaging Bureau Service Provider will pass your personal information on to your Agency's payroll section as part of the administration of your salary packaging agreements, the Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office in relation to the management of the Salary Packaging Arrangement and Queensland Treasury for auditing purposes. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any other third party, without your consent, unless authorised or required by law.

Remuneration Services (Qld) Pty Ltd ABN 46 093 173 089 (RemServ) is part of the McMillan Shakespeare Limited Group (MMS Group) and collects your personal information from you when you apply for a product or request any information from us. We collect this information to provide and promote our products and services to you (including to answer any queries you may have) and we may be unable to do so if you do not provide us with any information that we request. Your personal information may be disclosed to other entities in the MMS Group, our agents, contractors and service providers (including our web and IT administrators, mail houses and advisers).
