RemServ Online Claims

With RemServ Online Claims you can also claim over the web through your online RemServ account. 

This online tool guides you through each step of your claim. And with four easy steps, it’s a quick and efficient way to submit a claim, plus you know it’s delivered securely. Log into your RemServ Online account and follow the prompts to claim back expenses that have already been paid for or to make a payment direct to a supplier. 

How to register for your RemServ online account

To register for RemServ Online you need to supply us with a valid mobile phone number and email address with RemServ. Once you’ve done this, you can register for online account access by visiting RemServ Online and following the registration process. You'll also need to nominate a reimbursement bank account with us if you haven't already.

Remuneration Services (QLD) Pty Ltd (ABN 46 093 173 089) (RemServ) act as an authorised representative on behalf of a number of Australian financial services licensees. The Salary Packaging Bureau Service Provider will pass your personal information on to your Agency's payroll section as part of the administration of your salary packaging agreements, the Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office in relation to the management of the Salary Packaging Arrangement and Queensland Treasury for auditing purposes.
